AVOID Lookfantastic!

AVOID! NOT RECOMMENDED! I made made an order on May 6th for huge package of cosmetics and for now (May 19th) I received only few of them. The delivery should be in 3-5 working days. Wrote several times to LOOKFANTASTIC to check the delivery nad finally to cancel my order due to such a delay in delivery but without any response. Not recommended at all, awful experience. Two weeks later I still didn't have my products and money

There’s not a bad thing I can say about LookFantastic. It’s a brilliant company and always have offers and discount codes sent over. I would highly recommend LookFantastic to everyone.

Horrible company! Big scam

Don’t used , this company is scam , I ordered products from them never received , I try several times to contact customer service asking for my products then answer was I should wait. However, I have waited for months but still never receive products and no refund. They even send fake shipment number to us with no way to trace. Horrible company! Totally a big scam company!

Love the brands they offer which is what led me to shopping here. Only thing that makes me shop elsewhere first is the delivery company they use.

Customer Services worst I have ever dealt with

Order has not been recieved for 14 days. Have not been advised reason for delay until today, parcel tracking through hermes advised that they did not recieve parcel from lookfantastic and so delivery failed on scheduled 3rd April. After reporting this to Lookfantastic they advised they would send again on Friday 9th April, after chasing up I was told the replacement order had been generated on Sunday 11th April. Again did not hear anything so chased up on Monday and was told that the order would be sent within 2 days via standard delivery, as that is all I paid for and recieved within a further 5 working days. Therefore I could expect to recieve it around the 20th April. I advised I was unhappy with this and asked if next day delivery was unable to be approved if this could be escalated to a manager, I was told I could not have a phone call or email from a manager as they are all working from home and unable to contact customers. But was assured the order would be sent, but if not it would be Tuesday at the latest. By Monday afternoon, there was still no email, I was then told 48 hours again. So again I asked to speak to a manager and this was refused, I requested a delivery date and this was refused. I requested a refund as the goods were confirmed as having not been sent and this was also refused. I checked citizens advice and due to the unreasonable delay with delivery the order should be cancelled and refunded at request, provided the goods had not been sent. I advised lookfantastic of this consumer law and they still refused as they said it is just the way their system is. On Tuesday I spoke with them again, and was told 48 hours for dispatch, I asked to speak to a manager and was put through via chat, which had previously been declined. The manager advised the goods would be sent today and confirmed again that next day delivery is not possible to rectify delayed orders, as they have to be sent the same way the customer has paid for them, no matter how long they have been waiting. This afternoon the goods had not been sent, I spoke to them via webchat again and again they advised 48 hours. I asked if i could speak to a manager as this keeps getting delayed and she asked why I needed to speak to a manager to have the same information repeated to me. She also denied advising 48 hours, but the issue is they keep copying and pasting the same textbook answer of 48 hours from order and then smugly telling me that they havent told me it won't be today. But I ordered the item 13 days ago, not 48 hours ago! And they told me it had been processed on Sunday, so they are forever contradicting themselves. She then spoke to a manager and confirmed the goods had been picked and were due to be dispatched today. The goods have still not been dispatched. I have lost all patience with this company, they won't deliver my order because I didn't pay for next day delivery and they won't refund it because it might be dispatched at some point. I am stuck in limbo. I have paid £75.00 for products that I haven't recieved, every time I speak with their customer services team they belittle me for not paying for next day delivery. I didn't need the items for the next day, but I didn't think that they were going to take 20 days. I used to order everything from them, but they have made me feel frustrated, not listened to and just genuinely upset because they have taken money from me and won't do anything to help. All I have asked for is a delivery date and for someone to take the complaint seriously, but all I get is fobbed off. Every other order I have ever placed has been dispatched within 24 hours and sent within a couple of days. But for some reason they have lost my order and they can't even replace the order to the usual time scales. I will never use them again, but I doubt they care as they never get back to me unless on webchat and therefore obligated to reply. Update-order dispatched today, unhappy as advised numerous times yesterday it would be sent yesterday and sent an email confirming this. But order was not actually dispatched to Hermes until this morning, recieved an email from customer services to advise I am not chase this up until the goods have not been recieved for 7 working days, which will take delivery time upto 25 days. So fingers crossed they arrive sooner than this! Still have not heard from their complaints department, was issued a voucher due to issues, but I made it clear I just wanted my goods delivered in a reasonable time, which I was told was not possible due to not paying for next day delivery. Overall I would just appreciate someone to contact me, explain the failure here and apologise for the poor experience.

First purchase, not bad

Just recently came across this website and bought a hair care item and perfume. The products itself was all good and sealed fine. In the box there also was a protective layer.

They do have some good deals on the website and a good range of different products.

Delivery was quite fast as it only took 3 days (I live in the UK).

Only kind of complaint I had was that the parcel seem like it wasn't sealed properly at the bottom, it was slightly opened but nothing major like damaged products or a really damaged box.

I would definitely purchase from here again
